Fit scores are not quality ratings

Fit starts only after someone answers at least one Find a fit question. Scores only compare a center against selected preferences such as diagnosis, level of care, age, gender, location, insurance, financial access, openings, co-occurring support, family support, and virtual access. They do not rank clinical quality, safety, outcomes, licensing status, patient experience, or whether a program is the right medical recommendation.

Not an emergency tool

Clarity Guide cannot determine whether someone is medically stable or safe. If someone may be medically unstable, actively suicidal, fainting, confused, or having chest pain, call 911 or go to the nearest local hospital.

Results reflect public information identified during research and should not be treated as a complete national directory or endorsement of any listed provider.

The records are based on public provider information. Real availability, insurance contracts, Medicaid coverage, costs, patient ratios, licensing, reviews, program rules, and admission criteria change often and should be confirmed directly with the treatment center.

Insurance needs verification

Insurance company names do not guarantee coverage. Network status, single-case agreements, authorization, medical necessity criteria, deductibles, deposits, Medicaid rules, and level-of-care approvals can vary by plan, state, date, and clinical presentation.
